How do I get started?

Tap “Text Kip ♡” and send your first message. Kip will help you claim your handle, learn your taste, and find a first plan. Email is optional. Kip offers Calendar after your first suggestion; YouTube is available later to add more taste and music context.

Can Kip book classes and order my matcha?

The solidcore and 12 Matcha plan shows the experience we’re building. Class booking and order-ahead integrations aren’t live yet.

How do payments work?

Connect Link, Stripe’s digital wallet, in your portal. For supported purchases, Kip asks you to approve the store and total in Link before completing checkout. Your saved card details stay with Link.

Will Kip remember what I like?

Tell Kip your preferences in conversation, from no early starts to how you like your matcha. You can review and update your preferences in your portal.

Who can Kip introduce me to?

People in your communities who have opted in to introductions. Joining a group is not consent to be suggested. Kip checks with both people before introducing them.

Do I need another app?

Just text Kip on iMessage or WhatsApp. Your portal is there to manage your profile, connections, and preferences.
